Neil Dunn is a transformative, passionate and well-respected executive leader with wide-ranging sales and marketing expertise spanning manufacturing, software, and energy sectors. Known for generating impressive wins in driving key sales initiatives, delivering profitable innovative solutions and best-in-class service.   He has a proven track record in recognizing and understanding clients’ desired business outcomes, leading, designing and executing complex solutions with a long track record of closing large high-profile deals.  He is a customer-centric relationship builder accountable for creating impactful key account growth and stakeholder value.

Prior to joining Vista Clara he held various marketing and sales roles with global manufacturing companies.  He spent 13 years with PACCAR Inc, a Fortune 500 manufacturer based in Bellevue, WA, where he consistently delivered wins in regional, national and global sales, customer service, and operations.  In addition, he spent his early career as a Wireline Engineer with Schlumberger where he performed open and cased hole logging programs in the North Sea, Kazakhstan, Israel, and Venezuela. He is a world business traveler with direct business experience in Australia, Canada, China, Germany, Israel, Kazakhstan, Mexico, Netherlands, United Kingdom, and Russia with conversational language in German.

Neil completed his MBA at the University of Washington Foster School of Business where he studied Operations Management and International Business.  He has undergraduate degrees in Geological Engineering and Geophysics from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.  He has certifications in Negotiation, Managerial Leadership, and Global Business.  Embracing the core values of innovation, integrity, and growth, Neil is focused on meeting organizational objectives.
